	Insert a new bill section to read:                                            
   * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 8, 2000.                             
                                                                               
and so, SENATE BILL NO. 291(efd add H) An Act naming the                       
Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport; and providing for an              
effective date (technical title change) is returned for consideration.         
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.
